Ingredients:

Wheat Flour - Skimmed Milk Powder - Dry Yeast - Sugar - Enzymes - Emulsifier - Salt - Vanillin.
 

Directions for use:

- Mix all ingredients in kneader for 2 min. slowly and then 6 min. until reach required dough.
- Divide in pieces and rest for 20 mins. proofing for 60 mins 75% relative humidity at 33 °C
 

Basic Recipe

Doughnut Powder 1000 gm.
Eggs 300 gm.
Baking Margarine 80 gm.
Water 180 gm.
 

Fry:

At 180 °C (4-6 mins)
 

Storage Conditions:

Keep in cool and dry place away from direct sun light (below 20° C)
