Ingredients:

Vegetable Oils – Milk Powder – Sugar – Emulsifier – Stabilizers – Modified Starch - Cocoa Powder.

Basic Recipe 1:

  • 500 gm.    Mousse chocolate powder.
  • 500 gm.    Cold water.
  • 500 gm.    Cold milk cream.
 

Basic Recipe 2:

  • 500 gm.    Mousse Chocolate Powder
  • 1000 gm. Cold water or milk
 

Direction for use:

  • Whip the mix for 5 – 7 mins.
  • Spread the obtained cream on top of sponge cake or finger biscuits.
  • Sprinkle cream surface with cocoa powder.
  • Keep it in refrigerator for at least two hours.
